THE COMPANY'S defining quality is the customer service it provides—from the day the site goes on line until the last product is in the field. The Company will be there for the customer 24 hours a day, seven days a week. All known documented issues will be published on The Company sites; in order to keep all users informed of potential problems. An auto-response indicating receipt of mail and personal contact will acknowledge all correspondence with a customer service representative within two hours after receipt of problem statement. All technical questions will be answered within 24 hours of receipt, and all other information requests will be fulfilled within 48 hours. If a priority one technical issues cannot be cleared from the trouble board within 12 hours there will be support staff at the customer facility within the next 12 hours anywhere within the continental United States and within 20 hours in Alaska and Hawaii. A priority two issue will be supported in twice the amount of time as the priority one issues (24/48/56), while a priority three issue receives a response in triple the priority one response time (36/72/80). All other issues not identified as “priority” will be worked over the Internet using the First-In/First-Out (FIFO) system. All issues can be either upgraded or downgraded in their priority status at any time. Any priority grade change will be determined between the customer and the company once three-fourths of the initially established response time has passed.

Children privacy


What About Information About Children?
The Children's Online Privacy Protection Act took effect on April 21, 2000 and imposes certain requirements on Web sites directed toward children under 13 that collect information on those children, or on Web sites that know they are collecting information on children under the age of 13. We want to let you know that it currently is pyramidconsulting.net’s policy not to collect personal information on any person under 13. For this reason, our online survey are restricted to entrants who, at a minimum, are at least 13.

Shipping Policy


Please keep in mind that once you place your order, the pyramidconsulting.net team takes time to process it. Processing your order includes:

  • Checking the stock status of product based on what customer ordered.

  • making sure proper merchandise was picked

  • checking the merchandise for quality to ensure your satisfaction

  • packing your purchase and getting it ready for safe and quick shipping

“In Stock” merchandise usually is processed and shipped (in other words, leaves our fulfillment center) within 3 business days. Multiple Shipment Costs
When you ship items to multiple addresses, we will add $5.50 for each additional address.

Fast Delivery
Premium 2-Day Delivery – based on concurrent shipping rates through selected carriers. Orders placed before 5:00 p.m. PST for in-stock merchandise are processed the following business day. Expect delivery within 2 business days after your order is processed.

Express Overnight Delivery – based on concurrent shipping rates through selected carriers. Orders placed before 5:00 p.m. PST for in-stock merchandise are processed the following business day. Expect delivery on the next business day after your order is processed.

Shipping Surcharges
Based on their size and/or weight, certain items bear a Shipping Surcharge. Shipping Surcharges are shown on product pages before you place an item in your Shopping Cart and will be added into the total shipping costs for your order.  If you do not see a “Shipping Surcharge” price at time of checkout, and one is applicable you will then receive an email from the Logistics division of Pyramid Consulting, Incorporated.

Unless otherwise specified on the Airwaybill, the consignee shall pay any customs or import duties/assessments. In the event that Pyramid Consulting, Incorporated advances customs or import duties/assessments on behalf of the consignee (or the specified payer), a surcharge may, depending on the destination, be assessed based on a flat rate or a percentage of the total amount advanced. Pyramid Consulting, Incorporated may refuse to deliver any Shipment until all such charges are paid.

How We'll Communicate with You About the Status of Your Order
When completing your order, please be sure to provide an accurate and up-to-date email address where we can reach you. Otherwise, we won't be able to communicate with you about the status of your order (e.g., if we need to revise the shipment date or shipment cost).
